либо новый акк, либо удалить старые фотки, либо платить 20 долларов.

я не знаю сжиамешь ты фотки перед зплоадом или нет, но лучше их сжимать до 1024 или 800 - меньше места занимают, а больше 800 пикаса не дает код на sharing
